Meet the Owner

In 2020, Alissa began her career in independent medicine at a small neurology practice in Northern Minnesota. What started as an administrative role quickly evolved into full-scale practice operations management, where she discovered her ability to identify inefficiencies, implement meaningful systems, and lead teams through growth and change.

Over the next six years, Alissa became instrumental in transforming daily operations—improving workflows, strengthening team performance, and creating sustainable administrative structure within a small but demanding clinical environment.

Following the sudden and unexpected passing of the practice owner, Alissa led the transition of ownership to a new physician—with limited guidance and without precedent or pre-planning. During this time, she coordinated the relocation of the practice outside of a non-compete zone and successfully retained both the administrative team and the practicing neurologist, ensuring continuity of care and operational stability through a highly disruptive period.

Through this experience, Alissa recognized that her value extends beyond internal operations. Her work is rooted in supporting physicians as they navigate the complexities of starting, acquiring, or stabilizing a private practice.

While many organizations offer broad support services, Alissa takes a different approach—providing individualized, collaborative guidance grounded in real-world experience. She partners directly with providers to build practical, cost-conscious systems that reflect the realities of running an independent practice, because she has lived them herself.
